Snow Day...

"Cheese"

The weather man said it was going to snow. So of course we went to bed expecting to go to work this morning. Nope! The first time when Brielle woke up to eat in the middle of the night we peeked out the window and it was still just rain. Figures....but the next time she fussed we checked again, and sure enough it had snowed quite a bit and was still coming down strong. It was a great surprise, and Caden was so excited and anxious to go outside.

It was a beautiful morining.

Caden ran out the door as soon as we opened it.

Caden thought the chairs looked silly.

Then he thought about it.....

"Hey, this is really comfy!"
He pointed to the chair next to him and told Greg, "Sit!"

Greg and Caden took a few laps around the house. Caden just talked up a storm. He was so happy to be outside in the snow!

Caden did not want to come back inside, but he kept saying "cold," so we had to shake him off and bring him in. The fun didn't stop there though. On saturday we went to a consignment store and picked up some great stuff for the kids for dirt cheap. One of the things we got was a bouncing zebra that we know he loves. Caden loves his baby sister so much and always wants to hold her. So it was only obvious to Caden to combine the two. They had so much fun together. It was adorable.
